I looked online for jewelry cleaner and it said my local store had it. I was looking around and an associate asked if I needed help. I asked for the jewelry cleaner. He said they didn’t carry it. I continued walking around and found it on a top shelf. I told him and he looked surprised. I showed him where it was. He reached the top of the shelf and dropped it. Some of the liquid cleaner fell on the floor from the bottle. He picked it up and asked if I wanted it. I told him the bottle was cracked and leaking. I asked if there was another one. He looked and said no! I told him the bottle was leaking and he proceeded to put it back on the shelf and then walked off. I told the associate about what happened. I told him the bottle is going to leak on the shelf or on a customer if they reach for it. He seemed concerned but didn’t say much. I walked out after paying. It was the worse customer service I have had. And I went back in and returned my merchandise because I thought it was overpriced. The sign said $6.99 but was charged $16.99. I bought what I needed at a different business. I would rather drive a little further to Home Depot. I was disappointed about the service.

I ordered a black stone grill for my boyfriend and picked it up. We didn’t open it until today, and unfortunately it was already damaged. It was really disappointing because it was meant to be a special gift. I expected the item to be in perfect condition when I received it. Based on my experience, I hope they improve their quality control and inspect items before giving them to customers.

Couldnt find wat i was lookin for but then from out of the shadows of the next aisle came an employee that patiently listened to me try and describe the part i needed. Turns out they are called FERRULs for making wire ropes and other things.

I went to this store to get a car key cut, but the employee was unhelpful and unwilling to assist. He claimed they do not cut outside keys, which did not make sense and felt like an excuse. The service was disappointing and came across as lazy and dismissive. I recommend staying away from this location for key cutting services.

I recently visited the Ace Hardware location at 1105 S Sixth St in Irving, TX 75060. This was my second time shopping at this location, as I typically shop at Home Depot. However, I wanted to support Ace Hardware, believing it would offer a more personalized shopping experience. Unfortunately, I was wrong. I visited the store with the intention of purchasing a shop vac. I found a Craftsman model I liked, and it was marked with a special price of $80. However, when I went to check out, the cashier informed me that the price was actually $120. When I pointed out the tag displaying $80, she told me to take a picture of it and insisted that the price was likely incorrect. I then asked if the store could honor the price or price match, but she refused. I requested to speak with the manager, Adil, who immediately dismissed my concern without any sign of understanding or willingness to help. He quickly stated that the price was incorrect and that the tag had expired on February 28. While I understand that mistakes happen, I also believe businesses should take responsibility and ensure their customers are taken care of.
